Management Team

Focuz was founded in 2009 by a management team of acknowledged industry leaders with proven track records in optical EMS industry.

Formerly a director of engineering at Fabrinet, he led several manufacturing plant closures in overseas and transfer to Thailand, including manufacturing qualification and mass production ramp up during his 6 years with the company. Other experience includes 2 years as a faculty member at Mechanical Engineering Department, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, teaching and supervising graduate research in control and precision engineering, mechatronics, and robotic systems.

Prasong had been with Fabrinet from start up, and his last position there was a director of engineering. He led teams to transfer numerous products. He had also been with Seagate Technology for 11 years as an engineering manager. He holds bachelor degree in electronics from KMITL, Thailand, and an MBA from Thammasart University.

Wannee is a former director of finance at Pemstar where she had been with for 14 years. She had 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. She holds a bachelor degree in accounting and an MBA from Kasetsart University, Thailand.
